HRA subscribes to EastLaw network that provides up-to-date laws in the Middle East and judgments of the Court of Cassations, as well as other subscriptions.
All case files, memos, and court judgments are digitized at HRA. Legal team members draft and review all memos and submissions, which are then reviewed by a Partner. Draft memos will be shared with the client for any remarks, which will be discussed and updated accordingly before submitting them to the Court. The client will be notified of the submission on the same day, and receive daily updates on the status of the case hearing by the end of the day. The client will also receive a monthly report on the status of the Execution files and an annual report on the status of their running cases.
HRA can provide the client with a soft copy of any case upon request, which will be shared within minutes. The administrative team plays a crucial role in the operating mechanism by ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all clients.
