We are pleased to announce that Hassan Radhi & Associates received on Wednesday 12 October 2022 the national firm of the year award for Bahrain for the year 2022 in the Award Ceremony held in Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Dubai by IFLR Middle East.
In its award winners announcement, IFLR Middle East stated that “Hassan Radhi and Associates has advised on several novel DCM deals during the awards review period. Particularly impressive was its work on the Infracorp sukuk. This deal was the first green sukuk issuance from Bahrain, and also a rare corporate hybrid issuance and an exchangeable instrument. It required substantial advice on local law issues and observers recognised the group as doing an “excellent job,” particularly remarking on its strength in navigating regulatory requirements”.
It is to be noted that Hassan Radhi & Associates also received the award of the law firm of the year in the first quarter of 2022 from Chambers and Partners, in addition to other awards received during the course of this year.
