With over two decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Noor has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in banking regulations and rules of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and Bahrain Bourse. She is recognized for her attention to detail and her ability to provide high-quality legal advice to clients.
Noor has worked on financial restructuring transactions as well as liquidations (voluntary and involuntary). She has also made a presentation on the new Bankruptcy Law at a Lex Mundi event and recently published an article on insolvency for the World Bank and Chambers and Partners.
