Mohamed Altraif is an Associate at Hassan Radhi & Associates with experience in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, aviation, employment law, data protection, insurance, and dispute resolution. As a member of the firm's Corporate and Banking team, he advises clients on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, aircraft financing, and corporate matters, while also supporting litigation across a range of commercial disputes. Fluent in Arabic and English, Mohamed combines strong academic credentials with practical legal experience to deliver commercially focused legal advice to local and international clients.

Mohamed Altraif is an outstanding young Associate at Hassan Radhi & Associates whose rapid development, technical proficiency and commitment to excellence have made a significant impact on the firm’s practice. Admitted to practise before the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2022, Mohamed has quickly distinguished himself as a highly motivated and capable lawyer, combining a strong academic background with practical legal experience.

As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Banking team, Mohamed advises on a broad range of matters, including banking and debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, bankruptcy, aviation, real estate disputes, employment, insurance and reinsurance, litigation, social insurance and data protection.

Mohamed has played a key supporting role in several of the firm’s most significant and complex matters, particularly in the aviation sector. His experience includes aircraft financing, regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, preparing legal opinions on capacity and enforceability, and assisting with communications with clients and counterparties. His work on cross-border and high-value transactions has contributed to the successful execution of matters that are critical to the firm’s reputation and client relationships.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mohamed advises on employment law, social insurance regulations and data protection compliance. He is also a valued member of the firm’s litigation team, assisting on a variety of banking, insurance and employment disputes. His broad skill set, adaptability and attention to detail enable him to support the firm’s diverse client base effectively.

Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds, and an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Finance, Professional Award L9, from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. He has also completed the Legal Practice Course. Fluent in Arabic and English, Mohamed’s academic achievements, practical experience and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services position him as a future leader within the firm and a rising star in the Bahraini legal market.
