As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Banking team, Mohamed advises on a broad range of matters, including banking and debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, bankruptcy, aviation, real estate disputes, employment, insurance and reinsurance, litigation, social insurance and data protection.

Mohamed has played a key supporting role in several of the firm’s most significant and complex matters, particularly in the aviation sector. His experience includes aircraft financing, regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, preparing legal opinions on capacity and enforceability, and assisting with communications with clients and counterparties. His work on cross-border and high-value transactions has contributed to the successful execution of matters that are critical to the firm’s reputation and client relationships.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mohamed advises on employment law, social insurance regulations and data protection compliance. He is also a valued member of the firm’s litigation team, assisting on a variety of banking, insurance and employment disputes. His broad skill set, adaptability and attention to detail enable him to support the firm’s diverse client base effectively.

Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds, and an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Finance, Professional Award L9, from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. He has also completed the Legal Practice Course.
