Founded in 1974 by Dr. Hassan Ali Radhi, Hassan Radhi & Associates has grown from a local legal practice into one of Bahrain's most respected and established law firms, serving clients across Bahrain, the GCC, and internationally.
From its inception, the Firm recognized the importance of international legal practice and cross-border advisory work. As its client base expanded, the Firm developed strong international capabilities through its association with the renowned U.S. law firm Coudert Brothers, operating under the name Coudert Brothers in Association with Hassan Radhi. This association continued for nearly eight years and significantly enhanced the Firm's expertise in international business transactions, commercial law, banking, insurance, and multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
Building upon this foundation, the Firm continued to expand its capabilities and reputation, becoming one of the leading legal practices in Bahrain and the Gulf region. In 1994, following the admission of additional partners, the Firm adopted its current name, Hassan Radhi & Associates – Attorneys & Legal Consultants.
